Day Habilitation
Hours of Operation: 9 AM - 2:30 PM
Our Day Habilitation program provides services to individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental disabilities ages 21 years-old and up. Some of our meaningful and enriching activities include: Nutrition and Healthy eating, Academic Classes, Socialization, and Daily Living Skills, Wellness/Physical Fitness Classes and participation in an array of volunteer sites and career exploration activities.
Prevocational Services
Hours of Operation: 9 AM - 2:30 PM
Day Hab/Prevoc program is designed to support individuals with significant behavioral challenges. Participants are involved in on-site and volunteer activities that help them to improve their communication skills both socially and professionally while minimizing their behaviors.

Respite
Need a break? Need some downtime? Want to improve your child’s leisure time?
Respite program is the program for you!
Our respite program offers on-site and community supports Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM and 10 AM to 3 PM on weekends. Services will be provided for Pre-teens, teens, and adults with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities that live at home with their families. Respite service includes the following activities:

We recognize the importance of health and wellness. That’s why we offer onsite nutrition and exercise classes taught by certified personnel. Individuals we serve and staff can take advantage of these services.
Community Habilitation
Hours of Operation: Based on an Individual’s needs
Community Habilitation is an individual’s one-on-one service provided in the home as well as the community. These services are based on a person’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP). Our DSP’s assist individuals with increasing, acquiring and maintaining functional skills, such as individual independence, community integration, and self-worth.
