The month of May brings with it warmer weather, family gatherings, longer days, sunny skies and flowers and trees in bloom. A true sign that summer is just around the corner. It also means backyard BBQ's, kids laughter as they play outside and a chance to thank our Veteran's who have served selflessly in our armed services this Memorial Day.
This past year has been especially challenging for everyone & this May we finally see the light at the end of the tunnel...the return to some normalcy in our lives with outdoor gatherings, the return of the Great NYS Fair and the opportunity to see friends, family and loved ones that perhaps we haven't seen in a very long time, all of which has had a profound impact on everyone's mental health.
